Our mini pumpkin pie treats are composed of a pumpkin seed shortcrust base topped with a traditional roasted pumpkin pie filling, spiced with warm cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. These mini pumpkin pie treats are decorated with a light and airy whipped cream and with lightly roasted pumpkin seeds.

Our apple tarte tatin squares are made with a Breton cookie base, followed by a delicate vanilla cream, then topped with a layer of caramelized apples.
