Our team's favourite, the Mango and Passion fruit is composed of a coffee cake that pairs beautifully with the passion fruit mousse, the mango jelly and white chocolate crisp. The Yule Log is topped with whipped cream and dots of passion fruit jelly as well as dark chocolate Christmas trees.
